Homemade Honey Butter

Whip up this creamy homemade honey butter with just four ingredients! Sweet, smooth, and perfect for spreading on cornbread, biscuits, or dinner rolls.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1/3 cup honey
3 Tbsp confectioners' sugar
1/4-1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat the butter for 1 minute, on medium speed, until completely smooth. You can also use a stand mixer with a paddle attachment.
Add the remaining ingredients (start with just 1/4 tsp salt) and beat on medium speed until completely smooth (about 1 minute). Scrape down sides and continue beating as needed.
Serve on your favorite bread, rolls, or pancakes. Cover tightly and refrigerate any leftovers. This delicious honey butter will keep for up to 2-3 months refrigerated or up to 2 days if left on the counter. You can also freeze it!
